SPECIAL ORDERS

Lorde Jewlery is able to produce items with various degrees of customization, including changes in ring size, chain length, gold choice, diamond color and engraving.

These types of alterations would be considered a special order.

These custom orders take between 4 to 6 weeks to produce depending on the requirements for the item and the production schedule.

Special order items may have an associated charge assigned.

Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged.
