After your order is completed at checkout and our payment is validated, you will receive an automated email of your invoice.

Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering for the first time.

Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required details.

Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.

For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse payments and also cancel orders. Reasons include, but not limited to:

-If a delivery address is not referenced, deliveries to hotels and PO boxes.
-If we cannot contact the person who placed the order.
-If we have any doubts about the legitimacy of the order.

No longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract.

In which case we will refund to you any money already paid to us under the applicable Contract, less our reasonable administration charges.



All the orders placed through the Lordejewlery Online Shop are exempt from VAT refunds.

The VAT is calculated according to tax regulations of the country of the online shop in which the order was submitted.



Buying jewellery is always an important event. Our comfort and peace of mind is our priority. Therefore we will handle carefully the deliver of your jewellery piece.



Delivery is free only for HONG KONG.

Lorde jewlery aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Lorde jewlery products will be delivered in our custom packaging. It will be delivered in person against signature.

The parcel is sent confidentially (no apparent mention of the brand and the product).

If you have an emergency, please contact our customer service by email info@lordejewlery.com, and we will try to arrange an express delivery.



We are happy to ship internationally address to the billing address associated with the credit card being used.
If PayPal is being used, they will do an address verification.

The charge(s) are automatically estimated for all international shipping and handling by DHL, depending on the insurance value and destination of the order.

If you are receiving your order outside of the HK, you will be responsible for all taxes / duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice.

We do our very best to ship every in-stock item within 48 to 72 hours of it being placed.
The arrival of your order in stock if shipped in HK by courier is 1-7 days

All product items not in stock are made to order and may take between 4 to 6 weeks to be prepared for shipment.

For International Deliveries by DHL will depend on your location, please estimate about 7 to 14 business days from the day it is shipped.

For any unexpected delays in the delivery process our customer service will notify you through email.



If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email at
info@lordejewlery.com for a repair authorization within 48hrs from receiving your order.

However, if its products to order, outside of repairs since it is not a manufacturing defect, we do not accept returns.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of our products, Slice diamonds, color diamonds or silver, for example, can not be identical and may differ slightly from our website photos.



Everything we ship both domestically and internationally is completely insured by DHL.

DHL is responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Depending on your location, we can deliver directly by our private staff.



Lorde jewlery is able to produce items with various degrees of customization, including changes in ring size, chain length, gold choice, diamond color and engraving.

These types of alterations would be considered a special order.

These custom orders take between 4 to 6 weeks to produce depending on the requirements for the item and the production schedule.

Special order items may have an associated charge assigned.

Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged.



We will repair your items for free after 7 days of your purchase, if it is damaged.

After this delay; unless it’s due to hidden defect, our workshop will prepare an estimate and we will charge according upon your approval.

To repair your jewellery, even years after your purchase, simply contact us.

Upon receipt, we will appraise and offer a quote to determine the amount of work required.

If you confirm to this estimation, our workshops will repair your jewellery and the item will be returned to you promptly.

Charges for shipping are at the discretion of the customer.



All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US size, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweller. You can also reference the ring number for the conversions. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit…some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more tight.

We recommend that for our phalanx ring to order it tight.
